By visiting, interacting with, or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use our Services.

You may be required to provide personal information such as your email, billing, shipping, and payment details. You agree that all information provided is accurate, complete, and up to date.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and all activities under it.

We strive to display our products as accurately as possible. However, colors and appearance may vary depending on your device.
We do not guarantee that products will meet your expectations exactly as shown.
We reserve the right to:

- Discontinue products
- Limit quantities by customer, region, or jurisdiction
SECTION 3 – ORDERS
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or reject an order. Orders are confirmed once payment has been processed and accepted.
For ordinary changes or cancellation requests, contact us as soon as possible. We will check the actual fulfillment status and explain the available options. Fulfillment processing may limit voluntary changes, but does not restrict cancellation or refund rights arising from shipping delays or applicable law.
Eligible change-of-mind returns may be requested within 30 days of delivery. Return conditions, costs, and remedies for damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete items are explained in our Refund & Return Policy.
SECTION 4 – PRICING & BILLING
Prices may change at any time without notice.
Prices do not include taxes, shipping, or import duties unless stated otherwise.
You agree to provide accurate payment details and authorize all charges incurred.
SECTION 5 – SHIPPING & DELIVERY
For United States deliveries, estimated processing takes 3 business days, followed by 7–15 business days in transit. Estimated total delivery time is 10–18 business days from purchase to arrival. Business days are Monday through Friday. Delivery dates are estimates.
Standard US shipping is free on all orders. Charges are displayed at checkout. International availability, rates, and estimates depend on the destination and product supported at checkout.
The shipping information provided when you place your order applies to that purchase. Later policy changes do not extend an earlier promise without your agreement.
If we cannot dispatch within the promised timeframe, we will notify you promptly, explain the available options, and request express agreement to an extension. Silence is not consent. You may request cancellation and the corresponding refund for affected unshipped items, as detailed in our Shipping Policy.
Carrier, customs, weather, or fulfillment delays do not remove our obligation to assist with delayed, lost, damaged, or incorrect shipments or provide remedies required by applicable law. Handover to a carrier does not by itself waive your rights or our obligations under our Shipping Policy and Refund & Return Policy.
SECTION 6 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on this site (images, text, logos, designs, etc.) is the property of Aidenixshop or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.
You may not use, copy, or distribute any content without written permission.
SECTION 7 – THIRD-PARTY TOOLS
We may provide access to third-party tools “as is” without warranties.
Use of these tools is at your own risk.
SECTION 8 – THIRD-PARTY LINKS
We are not responsible for third-party websites or their content.
Accessing them is at your own risk.
SECTION 9 – RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY
Aidenixshop operates using Shopify technology. However, all purchases are made directly with Aidenixshop.
Shopify is not responsible for any transactions, damages, or claims related to purchases made on our store.
SECTION 10 – PRIVACY
Your personal data is handled according to our Privacy Policy.
Shopify may also process your data to provide and improve services.
SECTION 11 – USER COMMENTS
By submitting content (reviews, suggestions, etc.), you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use it.
You are responsible for ensuring your content does not violate any laws or rights.
SECTION 12 – ERRORS & INACCURACIES
We may correct errors and update information. If an error affects an accepted order, we will notify you and explain the correction and available options before seeking agreement to a material change. If we cancel affected unshipped items, we will issue the corresponding refund promptly within applicable legal deadlines. An update does not retrospectively extend a shipping promise without your agreement.
SECTION 13 – PROHIBITED USES
You may not use our Services for:
- Illegal activities
- Violating laws or rights
- Fraud or misleading behavior
- Spamming or hacking
We may suspend or terminate your account for violations.
SECTION 14 – AUTOMATED AGENTS

SECTION 16 – DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
To the extent permitted by applicable law, website services and third-party tools are provided “as is” and “as available.” This clause does not disclaim express product descriptions or promises made at purchase, remedies in our Refund & Return Policy, or warranties and consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. The 30-day change-of-mind return window does not shorten any mandatory warranty or consumer protection period.

This limitation does not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be limited, or remove our shipping, cancellation, refund, or product-remedy obligations under our published policies.

These Terms, together with the policies referenced here, form the agreement governing use of the Services and purchases from Aidenixshop. For shipping, delivery, cancellation, returns, and refunds, the specific provisions of our Shipping Policy and Refund & Return Policy take precedence over inconsistent general wording in these Terms. Information and promises provided when you placed your order apply to that purchase. Mandatory rights under applicable law remain unaffected.
SECTION 21 – ASSIGNMENT
We may transfer our rights without notice. You may not assign yours without consent.
SECTION 22 – GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Aidenixshop operates.
SECTION 23 – CHANGES TO TERMS
We may update these Terms for future use of the Services. Changes do not retrospectively reduce rights or extend shipping promises for orders already placed without your agreement where required. Continued use of the Services after an update is subject to the revised Terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
