Refund policy

You may request a return from Aidenixshop within 30 days of receiving your item. The conditions below distinguish change-of-mind returns from problems with your order.

How to Request a Return

Contact aidenusabusiness@gmail.com with your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for your request. For product problems, please include a description and photos when available.

Please contact us before sending anything back. We will provide return authorization and the correct return address or other resolution instructions. Do not send returns to the business address or the address on your package unless we specifically confirm it.

Our return authorization process does not limit your rights under applicable law.

Change-of-Mind Returns

For a change-of-mind return, please submit your request within 30 days of delivery. The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original condition, with its original packaging, accessories, manuals, tags, and components. Proof of purchase is required.

You are responsible for arranging and paying the return shipping. We recommend a trackable shipping service and retaining your shipping receipt.

Items clearly identified as Final Sale before purchase are not eligible for change-of-mind returns. These restrictions do not apply to remedies required by law for defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied goods.

Damaged, Defective, Incorrect, or Incomplete Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us as soon as reasonably possible if an item is damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing components.

We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, missing components, or a refund, depending on the circumstances and applicable law.

If we confirm the issue and require the item to be returned, Aidenixshop will provide a prepaid return label or reimburse reasonable, necessary return shipping costs. Please obtain our shipping instructions before purchasing return postage.

Change-of-mind requirements concerning unused condition, original packaging, or Final Sale status do not restrict applicable rights for product defects or errors in your order. The 30-day return window does not shorten any mandatory warranty or consumer protection period.

Exchanges

To request a different item, contact us to arrange an eligible return. A replacement purchase may be placed separately. Return eligibility and shipping costs depend on the reason for the return, as described above.

Refunds for Returned Items

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

For ordinary returns, please allow up to 10 business days after approval for us to issue the refund, unless applicable law requires a shorter period. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to display the credit.

Any adjustment to original shipping charges will be explained before you return the item and will comply with applicable law.

Shipping Delays and Cancellation of Unshipped Items

If we cannot ship within the timeframe promised when you placed your order, we will notify you and explain your options. We will provide a revised shipping date when we have reliable information. If we cannot confirm a revised date, we will state that clearly.

You may request cancellation of the affected unshipped items and the corresponding refund by replying to the notice or emailing aidenusabusiness@gmail.com. We will not treat silence as agreement to a delay.

Refunds owed for cancellation of unshipped merchandise will be issued promptly within the deadlines required by applicable law. They are not subject to return shipping charges, return inspection, or the ordinary 10-business-day return refund process.
